Flexibility is undoubtedly the watchword in the times
that run, and at Eurotel Altura it could not be otherwise.
In case of cancellation and / or change of dates, we will work together to find the best solution for both parties, and in case of confirmation deposits and / or prepayment / s, they may be carried over to a future date wake up.
Throughout the year, with the exception of July, August and September;
Without any type of associated cost, as long as done up to 3 days before the check-in date;
In case of "no-show" or cancellation less than 3 days before the check-in date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation without any associated cost, provided it is made up to 14 days before the check-in date;
